Terms and Conditions for Participation in the "Fuel Our Future" Campaign.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the participation of [Sports Club Name] ("the Club") in the "Fuel Our Future" Campaign ("the Campaign") operated by Paid to Switch Ltd ("the Company").
1.2 By signing up for the Campaign, the Club agrees to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any associated rewards.
1.3 Definitions:
1.4 These definitions impact eligibility and rewards and should be considered during participation.
2.1 Open to amateur sports clubs located in Ireland.
2.2 All members, supporters, and affiliates of the Club (including players, parents, staff, volunteers, and the general public) may participate.
2.3 Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult if acting as an ambassador for the Campaign.
3.1 To qualify for rewards, the Club must complete 100 dual fuel switches through the Company.
3.2 A completed switch is a successful transfer of both electricity and gas via the Company. A single fuel switch counts as 0.5 of a switch.
3.3 If the Club is in a region without natural gas, 100 completed electricity switches will still qualify. In dual fuel areas, reaching 65 switches still earns a sauna and a non-chilled cold plunge.
3.4 Business switches qualify as one full switch, regardless of business size.
3.5 The Club itself must switch both electricity and gas (if applicable), and this counts toward the 100-switch goal.
3.6 Pledges vs. Switches:
3.7 All switches must be submitted via the official Campaign platform or as otherwise instructed by the Company.
3.8 The Club must actively promote the Campaign using official materials, including at events, on social media, and via direct outreach.
3.9 Switches not completed via the Club’s unique landing page do not count.
3.10 If a customer is refused by a supplier, the switch tracker will reflect this loss.
4.1 Current offers (e.g., up to 22% off and €100 cashback) are provided by the supplier, not the Company.
4.2 The Company does not control or influence promotions.
4.3 If a promotion changes or ends, the Company will offer the best available alternative.
4.4 The Company aims to provide competitive deals, but cannot guarantee identical or better terms.
4.5 Clubs and participants should review supplier terms before proceeding with any switch.
5.1 Upon reaching 100 switches, the Club will receive one sauna and one ice bath unit (the "Reward").
5.2 Clubs in areas without natural gas will receive a sauna and non-chilled cold plunge.
5.3 The Reward is provided by a third-party partner; the Company is not responsible for quality, delivery, installation, or warranty.
5.4 Rewards may be exchanged for a cash alternative—please contact Paid to Switch to discuss.
5.5 Delivery and installation will be arranged by the partner firm. The Club must ensure a suitable location and obtain necessary permissions.
5.6 If supplier structures change, the Company may adjust the reward accordingly.
5.7 Promotional images are for illustration purposes only; actual units may vary.
6.1 The Club must appoint at least five "Energy Ambassadors" (or general ambassadors) to lead promotion.
6.2 The Club agrees to cooperate fully with the Company and partners.
6.3 The Club must not engage in conduct that could harm the Company’s or partners’ reputation.
6.4 The Club must provide accurate information during all Campaign interactions.
6.5 The Club is responsible for ongoing maintenance of the sauna and ice bath.
6.6 The Club must regularly promote the Campaign on social media and display provided materials.
7.1 Data will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy, available on its website.
7.2 The Club must obtain consent before sharing members’ personal data with the Company.
8.1 The Company may disqualify the Club for breaching these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or unethical conduct.
8.2 Clubs may withdraw with written notice but will forfeit any rewards.
8.3 The Company may terminate or modify the Campaign at any time, without prior notice.
9.1 The Company is not liable for issues relating to quality, installation, or maintenance of the Reward.
9.2 The Company is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income or contracts.
9.3 Maximum liability is limited to the value of the Reward.
10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
10.2 Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ireland.
11.1 The Company may use publicly available images of the Club for promotional purposes. By participating, the Club agrees to this use.
12.1 By signing up, the Club confirms it has read, understood, and agrees to these Terms.
12.2 These Terms supersede all previous agreements and marketing materials related to the Campaign.
